While perusing my book, I once again reviewed the 19 spiritual truths I discovered while writing it. These are the truths which helped me to re-frame my childhood and to heal past wounds. These are the truths that changed my life in a positive way.
A few years ago I challenged myself to re-visit and immerse myself in living the spiritual truths that had changed my life. It was interesting to me to see how when I actively lived the truths each day, I was able to sense a yet deeper meaning of these truths that was begging to be recognized. And, as I lived and practiced each truth, I grew in awareness and appreciation for all that had been presented.
Now, with my book officially ‘out of print’ in the eyes of Amazon, I am being drawn to once again actively and purposefully live the 19 truths that have shaped my life and caused my personal growth. Maybe it is because a deeper understanding of each truth is waiting to be discovered; or maybe it is because I have veered too far from the truths and am being guided to once again realize the messages that they hold. Whichever, I will honor what I feel drawn do.
So, once again I will immerse myself in these truths and then blog about my experiences; knowing that my perceptions are simply my perceptions as I understand them today and are not fixed in reality; knowing too that all perceptions, when shared, can be catalysts for change. As in my past blog, I hope that you will go on this journey with me and add your perceptions of these truths as well. I do not promise any set time-line. Truths will be reviewed on the schedule that pulls them forward and not on any schedule that I may wish to impose.
As I stated in my book, 'truths lie within all situations hungering to be discovered '. May the journey into re-evaluating these discovered truths help us all to grow spiritually. May the honesty of my words help you to appreciate in your own life that the journey to discovery is part of the beauty of each situation.’
And so, with those words, the new journey begins with the living of the first discovered truth that positive action makes life a much easier journey.
